XPI sells prepaid credits that you spend on tool runs. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase completes, the credits are added to your account and are not eligible for a refund, including any unused balance.
Each run spends real third-party API and AI costs the moment it happens, and credits are priced barely above those costs. Because of that, we cannot offer refunds on purchased credits.
Credits never expire and stay tied to your connected X account. If a run fails due to a problem on our side, we will re-credit that run so you are not charged for it.
If something looks wrong with a charge, email fispiy@gmail.com from the account you used and we will look into it. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
