These Terms govern your use of XPI ("XPI", "we", "us"). By using XPI you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
XPI is a set of pay-as-you-go tools built on the X API. For example, you can score and delete your own posts, bulk-unfollow, and analyze accounts. XPI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and related marks belong to their owner; we reference them only to describe what XPI does.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must also comply with the X Developer Agreement and Policy and the X Terms of Service when using XPI. You are responsible for your account and for all actions you take through XPI.
XPI is prepaid. You buy credits, and each tool run deducts the real cost of that run plus a transparent markup, shown before and after each run. Credits are denominated in US dollars, have no cash value outside the service, are non-transferable, and are tied to your connected X account. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Do not use XPI to break the law, to harass or harm others, to evade X's platform rules (including its rules on automation, spam, and bulk actions), to access accounts you do not control, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Some tools perform permanent actions. Deleting a post cannot be undone, and unfollowing or similar actions take effect on your live X account. You are solely responsible for choosing what to delete or change.
Scores, summaries, and other AI-generated output are automated estimates that may be wrong or incomplete. They are provided for your judgment, not as professional advice.
XPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify XPI against claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or of X's rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
